Terms & Conditions

Ace Master Club Tennis/Pickleball Class Payment Agreement 

This Payment Agreement governs the terms and conditions for tennis/pickleball classes offered by Ace Master Club to the party signing this Agreement.

 

1. Class Enrollment and Payment

 

  • Client agrees to enroll in Tennis and/or Pickleball instruction, provided that seats are available.

  • The total cost for the class will vary depending on the selected package. The options are as follows:

Weekly Packages

  • 1 Lesson Pack – (1 lesson per week, $35 total)
     

  • Private Lesson 1 Pack – (1 private lesson per week, $100 total)
     

  • 2 Lesson Pack – (2 lessons per week, $70 total)
     

4-Week Packages

  • 4 Lesson Pack – (1 lesson per week for 4 weeks, $30 per class – $120 total)
     

  • 8 Lesson Pack – (2 lessons per week for 4 weeks, $25 per class – $200 total)
     

 8-Week Packages

  • 8 Lesson Pack – (1 lesson per week for 8 weeks, $25 per class – $200 total)
     

  • 16 Lesson Pack – (2 lessons per week for 8 weeks, $20 per class – $320 total)

 

  • Payment is due in full prior to the first class. Accepted payment methods are: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, other major credit/debit cards, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets via Wix.

2. Refund Policy

 

  • If a client wishes to withdraw from the class after it has begun, a refund will be issued for the remaining unused sessions.

  • The refund amount will be calculated as follows: $[Total Price] / [Total Number of Sessions] = $[Price per Session]. $[Price per Session] x [Number of Remaining Sessions] = Refund Amount.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes unless due to documented medical reasons (doctor's note required).

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable to [acemasterclub247@gmail.com]) to the Instructor.

3. Make-Up Classes (Inclement Weather)

 

  • In the event of inclement weather (rain, temperatures greater than 95°F, temperatures less than 35°F, etc.) that prevents a class from being held, the Instructor will schedule a make-up class.

  • The Instructor will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of cancellations and rescheduled classes as soon as possible via email and/or text message.

  • Make-up classes will be scheduled at a time and date convenient for the majority of the class participants. The Instructor will provide at least 5 days' notice for make-up classes.

  • If a make-up class cannot be scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, the value of the missed class will be factored into the refund calculation as outlined in Section 2.

4. Liability Waiver

  • Client acknowledges that participation in tennis/pickleball involves inherent risks of injury. Client assumes all risks associated with participation in the classes.

  • Instructor shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained by Client during class sessions, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the Instructor. 

5. Agreement Acceptance

 

  • Client's payment and submission of the checkout form on the Website serves as their legally binding electronic signature, signifying their unequivocal agreement to all terms, conditions, and waivers listed above.

  • Client has had the opportunity to review this Payment Agreement in its entirety.

  • Client understands and accepts all terms and conditions outlined in this Payment Agreement.

  • Client's payment for the class serves as their legally binding electronic signature and signifies their unequivocal agreement to all terms and conditions herein.

  • If enrolling a minor, the Client represents that they are the legal parent or guardian of the participant(s) and grant full permission for participation under these terms.

  • By making payment for the tennis/pickleball class, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Payment Agreement
